These terms apply to the HandwritingEraser website, Handwriting Eraser, PDF Tools, account features, and any related online services we may provide later.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not continue to access or use the services.

HandwritingEraser is a tool for erasing handwriting from worksheets, exercise books, photographed documents, and scans. It also provides selected PDF splitting and merging features.

We try to provide stable, clear, reusable results, but we do not promise identical or perfect output for every file. File quality, page complexity, shadows, skew, and occlusion may affect results.

• You may sign up or sign in with email, and Google sign-in may be available.
• You are responsible for your account credentials and sign-in activity.
• If you notice account abuse, unauthorized access, or other security issues, stop using the account and contact us through future public support channels.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Engage in illegal, infringing, fraudulent, or otherwise improper activity.
• Upload content you do not have the right to process, distribute, or use.
• Upload clearly high-risk, sensitive, or heavily regulated content without assuming responsibility for the consequences.
• Circumvent service limits, abuse APIs, attack, scrape, or interfere with service stability.
• Harm HandwritingEraser, other users, or third parties.

Files you upload and their original content remain yours or belong to the relevant rights holders. You are responsible for having the legal right to upload, process, and use that content.

The HandwritingEraser website, brand, interface design, code, copy, and related service capabilities belong to us or the relevant rights holders and may not be copied, distributed, reverse engineered, or commercially reused without authorization.

Processing results may have imperfections, including incomplete handwriting removal, accidental changes to printed content, layout changes, or image quality variation. You are responsible for deciding whether results are suitable for review, teaching, printing, archiving, or other formal uses.

We provide an online tool that aims to optimize results, not an absolute guarantee for any specific document result.

The product currently prioritizes public trial use. If paid features, credits, subscriptions, or payment flows are enabled later, the pricing page, purchase instructions, and any supplemental rules will apply.

Future paid or resource features may also be governed by additional purchase, usage, or refund terms.

We may adjust, suspend, or terminate features for product updates, security, legal requirements, maintenance, or operational needs. We may also limit or terminate access for clear abuse, attacks, policy violations, or abnormal usage.

You may stop using the service at any time.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as is and as available. We are not liable beyond mandatory legal requirements for indirect, consequential, or expected-profit losses caused by use, inability to use, processing variation, service interruption, or third-party service failure.
